Travel Grant
The Committee of Scientific Affairs of SSBH 2024 offers travel grants to support researchers participating in the Congress, aiming to provide valuable experience.
The travel grant application process is integrated into the abstract submission on the website.
When submitting the abstract online, please remember to check the box 'Apply for travel grant'.
Notification of travel grant acceptance will be sent via email after the notification of abstract acceptance.

Travel grant applicants must meet the relevant eligibility criteria.
1) Overseas presenter
2) Accepted abstracts
3) In-person presentation

Travel grantees must submit the following documents to receive the grant.
1) Registration (The presenting author is eligible for free registration.)
2) Boarding pass
3) Passport

(During the congress, travel grant will be given in cash at Preview room after confirmation of your presentation.)
Award
Outstanding Oral presentations / Poster exhibitions will be awarded at the Closing Ceremony.

- Presidential Award: USD 500
- Best Oral Presentation Award: USD 300
- Poster Award: USD 200 - Important Note

- Domestic and International Abstracts are equally qualified for the Award.
- Evaluation will take place during Oral presentations and Poster exhibition.
- Result will be officially notified during the Closing Ceremony.
