Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts for oral presentations and poster exhibitions. All congress abstracts must be submitted online via the Online-Submission System. Please read the guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract(s).

IMPORTANT DATES

• Deadline for Abstract Submission: March 29(Fri), 2024
• Notification of Abstract Acceptance: April 19(Fri), 2024
• Deadline for Pre-registration: May 17(Fri), 2024

REGISTRATION & FREE REGISTRATION FOR ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS

• All presenters are requested to register online for the committee to finalize the program.
• For those whose abstracts are accepted in SSBH 2024, a free registration promotional code will be sent to you via email.

Award

• Travel grant acceptance notifications will be sent via email.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

• Withdrawal is not allowed after the pre-registration deadline has passed.

General Guidelines

• Language: English
• Length of Body: No longer than 300 words
• Structure: Objective / Methods / Results / Conclusion
• Figure / Table
  - 1 Figure in 1 Abstracts or 1 Table in 1 Abstract will be allowed.
  - 1 Figure & 1 Table in 1 Abstract is not allowed.
