Presentation Guideline

Please note that all presenters must stop by the preview room to check and upload the presentation file at least one hour before your presentation time. It is essential to verify that your material runs properly with the lecture room setting. Please do not upload presentation material directly to the lecture room. If you are a Macbook user, please bring Mac/Apple adapter (connecter cables) with you, just in case.

Free Registration for Presenting Author

The presenting author is eligible for free registration. If you have already registered and paid the registration fee, please contact the secretariat for a refund.

▶ How to Register with a Free Registration Code

1. Sign up at https://ssbh2024.ksbmr.org/member/join/.
2. Pre-register at https://ssbh2024.ksbmr.org/registration/index.php before May 17(Fri), 2024 (KST).
3. During registration, click Yes for "invitation code" and fill in the invitation code distributed via email.
   (The invitation code is only for presenting author and can only be used once.)
4. Confirm that the registration fee is Free and proceed with the final registration.

Invitation Letter for Visa (For International Presenters)

Overseas presenters who have completed their registration can apply for an invitation letter for visa.

▶ Procedure

1. Complete your registration.
2. Visit [My Page] and select [Visa].
3. Click [Letter Application (Registrant – Payment Complete only)].
4. Complete the visa application form.

* Once your request is made, invitation letter for visa will be issued via email within a week.

* Please note that SSBH 2024 will not issue guarantee letters for visa purposes under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Policy

If you would like to withdraw your abstract, please notify us as soon as possible. The deadline for abstract withdrawal is May 13(Fri), 2024 (KST).
After May 13, it will not be possible to make any modifications to the abstract due to the production and publication schedule of the abstract book.

Poster Mounting: Before 9:00, Friday 14 June, 2024

Please print your poster following the provided size specifications(90*120cm) by your own.

* Penalty: Authors who do not display their poster without any prior notice may be disadvantaged in future abstract acceptances.

Poster Demounting: After 17:00, Saturday 15 June, 2024

* All posters must keep their posters during the congress and be removed after 5:00 p.m. 15 June. All posters will be discarded after the removal time.
